Mathew from the Malayalam Department of Maharaja's College remarked that the content of this book is a compilation of speeches delivered by Satheesan. ബൈബിളിലെ വചനങ്ങളെ ആനുകാലിക സാമൂഹ്യ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടോടെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും സമൂഹ നന്മക്ക് എങ്ങിനെ ഉപയോഗപ്രദമാക്കാം എന്നത് കൂടിയാണ് "ആദം നീ എവിടെ ആകുന്നു " മുഖ്യ മന്ത്രി വി. ഡി. സതീശൻ രചിച്ച പുസ്തകതിന്റെ പ്രമേയം. ആദ്ദേഹം നടത്തിയ പ്രസംഗങ്ങളുടെ സമാഹാരമാണ് ഈ പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ ഉള്ളടക്കം എന്ന് പുസ്തകം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജിലെ മലയാള വിഭാഗം പ്രൊഫസർ ടി. എം. മാത്യു അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് പ്രൊഫസർ വിനോദ് കുമാർ കല്ലോലിക്കൽ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ച ചടങ്ങിൽ പ്രോബോധ ട്രസ്റ്റ്‌ സെക്രട്ടറി ഡി. ഡി. നവീൻ കുമാർ, ഡോ. ധന്യ എസ് പണിക്കർ, അഡ്വ. ഡി. ജി. സുരേഷ്, വി. ആർ. രാജ്മോഹൻ, കെ. വി. അനിൽ കുമാർ, ഡോ. എൽസമ്മ ജോസഫ് അറയ്ക്കൽ, അഡ്വ. ഹേമ, ബാലചന്ദ്രൻ.കെ. ആന്റണി ജോസഫ് കുറുപ്പശ്ശേരി, സന്തോഷ്‌ കുമാർ.കെ., ഉഷ കിരൺ,കുഞ്ഞിക്കോച്ചു ഷെറൂബ്,മുരളീധരൻ തുടങ്ങിയവർ ചർച്ചയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു സംസാരിച്ചു.

The Book Talk  on "Kondanpeeli Enna Njan"

As part of Prabodha Book Talk #27, a discussion on the book "Kondanpeeli Enna Njan" authored by  Ambalamedu Gopi was held on May  20,2025 at 4 PM at Probodha Bhavan, M.G. Road, Ernakulam. Balachandran K presented the book. Adv. (Dr.) K. Radhakrishnan Nair presided over the event. Adv. D.G. Suresh, Dr. Usha Kiran, V. V. Sebu, Sherub Meladoor, and Muralidharan participated in the discussion. Prof. Vinod Kumar Kallolikal moderated the session. Many literary enthusiasts attended the discussion. The programme was organized by the M.K. Sanu Study and Research Center, Ernakulam.

 

അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയുടെ  “കൊണ്ടൻപീലി എന്ന ഞാൻ” ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു.

പ്രബോധ ബുക്ക് ടോക്ക് #27 ൽ അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപി രചിച്ച “കൊണ്ടൻപീലി എന്ന ഞാൻ” (നോവലൈറ്റും 18 കഥകളും) ചർച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഡോ. രാധാകൃഷ്ണൻ നായർ അധ്യക്ഷ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ ആദിയിൽ വാക്കും പിന്നെ മൗനവും മാറി വരുന്നതാണ് മഹത്തരമായ സാഹിത്യം എന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയുമായുള്ള തന്റെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ അടുപ്പവും അദ്ദേഹം വിശദീകരിച്ചു. ബാലചന്ദ്രൻ കെ പുസ്തകം ഹൃദ്യമായി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. “ഞാവൽ പഴങ്ങൾ” എന്ന കഥയിൽ  അനാഥരായ രണ്ടു കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളുടെ കഥ പറയുന്ന ശൈലി വിശദീകരിച്ചു. അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയുടെ എഴുത്ത് ഫ്യൂഡൽ വ്യവസ്ഥയെയും ജാതിയെയും നിരന്തരം എതിർക്കുന്നു. ‘കൊണ്ടൻപീലി’ എന്ന ശിൽപ്പിയുടെ പ്രവർത്തന പശ്ചാത്തലം ഫലപ്രദമായി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു എന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. കൊത്തുളിയുടെ താളം നോവലിൽ മുഴങ്ങുന്നുണ്ട്.

ഡി.ജി. സുരേഷ് അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയെ അനുസ്മരിച്ചു, പുസ്തകം കൂടുതൽ വായനക്കാരിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാനുള്ള ചുമതല പ്രബോധ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണമെന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു. ഡോ. ഉഷാ കിരൺ “അമ്മയുടെ ഓണം” എന്ന കൃതിയെ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് വായനാനുഭവം പങ്കുവെച്ചു. വി.വി. സെബു പൊന്നുരുന്നി ഗ്രാമീണ വായനശാലയുമായുള്ള ഗോപി സാറിന്റെ ബന്ധം വിശദീകരിച്ചു. “അചുംബിത” എന്ന കഥയുടെ മൂന്നാം ഘട്ടത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ്  കഥാമർമ്മം വെളിപ്പെടുന്നത് എന്ന വസ്തുത ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. വിധവ എന്നതിനെ ജെൻഡർ പെർസ്പെക്ടീവിൽ കാണണമെന്നും നിർദേശിച്ചു. ഷെരൂബ് മേലഡൂർ മഹാഭാരതത്തിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയൊട്ടാകെയുള്ള സഞ്ചാരാനുഭവം വിശദീകരിച്ചു. മുരളീധരൻ അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയുമായുള്ള വ്യക്തിബന്ധം പങ്കുവെച്ചു. മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് പ്രൊഫസർ വിനോദ് കുമാർ കല്ലോലിക്കൽ ചർച്ച ക്രോഡീകരിച്ചു. തിരിച്ചറിവുകളും എതിർശബ്ദങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ ഇടമാണ് അമ്പലമേട് ഗോപിയുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങൾ എന്നും, രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയും അധികാരത്തിന്റെയും കീഴ്ഘടകങ്ങൾ അല്ല അവ എന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വിശദീകരിച്ചു.

Prof. M. K. Sanoo study and Research Centre inaugurated by G C D A Chairman K. Chandran Pillai at Bharath Tourist Home ( BTH) today. Study centre will start operations immediately at Probhodha Bhavan M. G. Road, Ernakulam. Various programes have been planned to propogate the literature, thought,  ideas and ideals  of Prof. M. K. Sanoo in the colleges across kerala and outside where Probhodha Trust have memorandum of Understanding.

Prof. Vinod Kumar Kallolickal presided over the inaugural function, Prof. S. Joseph delivered key note address, prominent among the speakers are Prof. Geetha M. S. Retired Associate Professor from St. Pauls College She is the daughter of Prof. M. K. Sanoo, Probhodha Trust Secretary D D Naveen Kumar, Dr. K. Radhakrishnan Nair, Adv. D. G. Book Release

 A significant new historical work, “Gandhikrishnan: Navothaana Naayakanaaya Swatantra Samarasenaani (Charithram Aachaaryane Kandethunnu)” by D. D. Navinkumar, will be released by Leader of the Opposition Sri. V. D. Satheesan on September 21, 2025, at 10 AM at Paravur Town Hall. Dr. Ramesh Tawadkar, Minister for Sports, Youth, and Tribal Welfare (Goa), will receive the first copy. Distinguished guests including T. S. Sharatkumar, A. S. Shyamkumar, E. L. Anilkumar, C. L. Vijayan, K. R. Jayaprasad, and D D Naveen Kumar will participate in the event.

Eminent thinker M N  Karasserry praises the book as “a vital corrective to historical oversight,” highlighting its role in recognizing reformers who worked without political or community backing. Published by Prabodha Publications with a foreword by Prof. Vinodkumar Kallolickal, this work promises to enrich Kerala’s understanding of its unsung social champions.
