"Smrithideepam Theliyumbol" : A Memorial Meeting for Prof. MK Sanu
A memorial meeting will be held in honour of Prof. MK Sanu, a renowned figure in Malayalam literature and social arena , on August 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Probhodha Bhavan, MG Road, Ernakulam. The meeting aims to commemorate his multifaceted personality and profound commitment to society.
The memorial meeting will illuminate various aspects of Sanu Mash's life and public activities. As his students, friends, and colleagues share their personal experiences and memories, a comprehensive portrait of his life will emerge. The meeting will also feature sharing from literary critics and social activists, highlighting the contemporary relevance of his works.
Organized by Probhodha Trust, the event is supported by S.N.V. Sadanam, Anandateertham Cultural Committee, Kumaranasan Cultural Centre, and Gandhi Peace Foundation. The presence of prominent personalities from Kochi's cultural and social spheres will add significance to the meeting.

മലയാള സാഹിത്യത്തിലും സാമൂഹ്യ ചിന്തയിലും വ്യക്തമായ ചലനങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച പ്രൊഫ. എം.കെ. സാനുവിന്റെ സ്മരണാർത്ഥമായി ഒരു അനുസ്മരണസന്ധ്യ 2025 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 7, വ്യാഴാഴ്ച, വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് എറണാകുളം എം.ജി റോഡിലെ പ്രബോധ ഭവനിൽ നടക്കും.(ജേക്കബ് ഡി. ഡി. മാൾ, മെട്രോ പില്ലർ നമ്പർ: 676 ന് സമീപം) അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബഹുമുഖപ്രതിഭയും സമൂഹത്തോടുള്ള ആഴമേറിയ പ്രതിബദ്ധതയും ഓർമ്മിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഈ അനുസ്മരണ സമ്മേളനം ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.
അനുസ്മരണ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ, സാനു മാഷിന്റെ ജീവിതവും പൊതുപ്രവർത്തനവും പല കോണുകളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടും. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ശിഷ്യർ, സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ, സഹപ്രവർത്തകർ എന്നിവർ അവരുടെ സ്വന്തം അനുഭവങ്ങളും ഓർമ്മകളും പങ്കുവെയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഒരു ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ സമഗ്രമായ ഛായാചിത്രം നമുക്ക് മുന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ വ്യക്തമാകും. സാഹിത്യവിമർശകരുടെയും സാമൂഹ്യപ്രവർത്തകരുടെയും വിശകലനങ്ങൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളുടെ ആധുനിക പ്രസക്തി വെളിവാക്കുമെന്നും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
